Let's try a few examples with "-de / -da" and then add "var" and yok"
Example: yol (road)(araba = car) - yolda (on the road) - yolda araba var (there is a car on the road)

Use the appropriate suffix "-de / -da" and "-te / ta" below:
yıl (year)(52 gün = 52 days)
hafta (week)(7 gün = days)
gün (day)(24 saat = 24 hours)
saat (hour)()

yıl (year)(52 gün = 52 days) - (bir) yılda 52 gün var - there are 52 days in a year
hafta (week)(7 gün = days) - (bir) haftada 7 gün var - there are 7 days in a week
gün (day)(24 saat = 24 hours) - (bir) günde 24 saat var - there are 24 hours in a day
saat (hour)(60 dakika = 60 minutes) (bir) satte 60 dakika var - there are 60 minutes in an hour

I put (bir) in parantheses because it is implied and is not necessary to write, but you could to make it more definite
